Ethan Drain

ethanSince I was old enough to walk, I could be found surrounded by every conceivable kind of Tonka truck. I became skilled at creating landscapes; roads, walls, even installing drainpipes and gardens mimicking my parents’ large yard projects using those toys. As I grew, I took this passion to the next level when my Dad bought his first John Deere tractor, operating it at every opportunity. Five years of part time employment during my education involved larger equipment, landscape mowers, trucks and plowing. Community service projects for Eagle Scout also included digging, drainage installation and pathway creation supporting the Parmelee Farm in Killingworth. During my associates degree program at Southern Maine Community College and my involvement with the fire company, I received additional training on various heavy equipment operation. I enjoy working outside, seeing the result of a beautifully striped mowing job, a paver walkway or stone retaining wall installation where none existed before. What I really love is seeing a satisfied customer after an installation or particularly challenging drainage project. Having satisfied customers makes me happy!

Bill Drain

billAfter over 25 years of residential landscaping projects including building hardscapes, stone walls, retaining walls, metal-edging and garden bed creation I decided it was time to expand my services to the community. I provide equipment maintenance support for DrainScapes, project management and labor for the various projects that DrainScapes is working on. I am a perfectionist and really enjoy helping folks solve their unique challenges in their landscapes. Our goal is to help you create an oasis in your yard one project at a time, whether it is a simple pipe installation to fix water pooling around a downspout, or a larger project such as installation of a lawn or hardscape. Ethan and I work together with a common goal of providing exceptional customer service. If our customers are not satisfied, we have not done our job!
